Statement of Work
KOR ligands will be targeted iteratively that include the following parameters: (a) ligands with nanomolar
activity and high efficacy at the KOR; (b) improved water solubility and predicted pharmacokinetic (PK)
properties; (c) effectiveness in preclinical models of immune-driven demyelination; and (d) effectiveness in
preclinical models of non-immune driven demyelination.
