Description
OBJECTIVES: The objective of this resea rch is the deve lopment of guidelines to assist KYTC design
teams and consultants in the development, execution and evaluation of traffic engineering models and
design. FY II work cu lminated in the issuance of a new design memorandum outlining how traffic
engineering principles are to be incorporated in the design process.
