Description
The purpose of the conference is to inform participants about policy related to substance abuse issues,
provide education and tools to combat substance abuse applicable to Kentucky counties and develop
and strengthen local and state partnerships addressing substance abuse issues resulting in minimizing or
eliminating substance abuse for a healthier and more prosperous Commonwealth.
