Description
Bridging the Gap The Bridging the Gap project is led by the Kentucky Department for Aging and Independent Living (DAIL) with an overall goal of improving the quality of life for people with Alzheimer''''s and Related Dementia and their caregivers. DAIL proposes to use the existing No Wrong Door system to screen caregivers using an evidence-based intervention and identify supports to lessen their stress. The Human Development Institute at the University of Kentucky evaluates the program by working with project director to develop data collection and evaluation plans and to draft reports to share evaluation findings with state partners.
