Description
Helping military families to develop coping skills, gain awareness of supports and clarify the ambiguous nature of the
reintegration process are all aspects of competence building for military families. This camp will target the specific skills of
decision making, coping skills, and learning how to articulate and reflect on skills learned, challenges overcome, and what
participants did well to develop confidence in oneself and in family members that will be helpful in dealing with the stresses
