Domestic Violence Offender Treatment Project

The University of Kentucky, Center for Research on Violence Against Women will serve as the agent of the Cabinet for Health Services, Department for MH/MR Services and assume responsibility for data collection and analysis as provided in KRS 403.7505. This project, hereafter called the Domestic Violence Offender Treatment Outcome Study, will include a comprehensive data collection at intake, discharge, and follow-up after treatment on every offender who participates in court ordered domestic violence offender treatment provided by certified provider as detailed in the scope of services fo this agreement.
