University of Kentucky Center for Trauma and Children (UK CTC) shall: 1 Provide the program administrator a report of scheduled trainings, dates, locations, topics presented, number of participants, and evaluations semi-annually. 2. Provide a limited amount of phone consultation to Early Childhood Mental Health Specialists and program administrators on an "as needed" basis. Provide the program administrator a log of all phone consultations by district as requested. 3. Provide the program administrator a summary of each case consultation provided to Early Childhood Mental Health Specialist/s quarterly. 4. Provide case consultation sessions for the Early Childhood Mental Health Program as requested at quarterly meetings or other ECMH Program events. 5. Provide three trainings statewide or regionally to Early Childhood Mental Health Specialists, mental health clinicians, and other early childhood partners. These trainings will focus on topics pertaining to social and emotional health of young children and their families prenatal through age five. 6. Provide all necessary materials/information to adequately inform/teach mental health clinicians, and others of the importance of supporting young children in their social and emotional health, as well as treatment for children exhibiting challenges.
