Early Childhood Personnel Center

The University of Kentucky, through the individual identified above, will participate as a co- Principal Investigator (co-PI) of the National Early Childhood Training Enhancement Center. Primary responsibilities at the University of Kentucky (UK) will be held by two individuals: (a) the co-PI (Rous) and (b) one staff assistant. Their primary activities will be to support the integration of key principles of adult learning and design and social marketing into all project activities and products.
