ECOP/CSREES E-eXtension-Supplement

The Content Management Team/Leadership Team will provide leadership and guidance in the development of eXtension content development and management services. Specifically, the team will: 1. develop and amage a national "call for engagement" to identify national communities of practice (CoP), 2. develop a CoP Guidebook describing the roles and responsibilities of CoPs, guidelines for preparing content, understanding and addressing needs, and evaluation, 3. work with communities of practice in various aread. 4. assist in developing a national FAQ system that will involve recruiting, archiving analyzing questions and answers from throughout the Cooperative Extension system, 5. organize national content advisory groups to help develop and improve the work and processes associated with building and supporting CoPs, 6. provide ongoing support to content teams associated with the eXtension Prototype, and support other content management/ leadership activities described in the eXtension long-range implementation plan .
