Description
Provide technical assistance to career and technical education teachers, in-service and pre-service, in the elimination of
educational barriers in programs to enable special populations identified by definition in the Carl D. Perkins Vocational and
Technical Education Act of 1998 to be as successful as all other vocational and technical education students; and
Provide professional development activities for teacher educators so that the teacher education programs at the university will be
using current technical information to teach future teachers and will be teaching future teachers how to use the most current and
valid researched teaching methodology to enable students to be successful.
