Description

The University of Kentucky (UK) Prevention Research Center, under the direction of Dr. Mark Dignan, subcontract PI, will be responsible for implementing the project in Appalachian Kentucky clinic sites. The UK project team (Dr. Dignan and a TBN Project Manager) will identify and recruit up to 10 clinic sites to participate in the project. The UK project team will work with clinic champions and staff to implement mPATH]CRC in clinics, and will conduct trainings, provide support materials, conduct inperson implementation coaching, provide technical support, and participate in implementation of clinic surveys and interviews as needed. The UK project team will ensure that all project activities are completed in Kentucky clinics according to project timelines and as directed by the Wake Forest investigator team, and will participate in all project conference calls and meetings as required.
