Usage of funds: The specific goal of this project is to determine how improving skeletal muscle contractile function independent of changes in body mass affects biomechanics, joint damage and pain, and physical function in obesity. The funds allocated for this project will be used to cover CT scan costs, supplies, travel to national meeting to present the data, publication fees and subject related expenses.
