Description
Under this proposed activity, the UK Biosystems and Engineering Department (UKBAE) and the Governor's Office for energy Policy, Division of Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency (DRE3) would partner to provide rigourous technical review of grant proposals. The review would be provided by independent outside experts and coordinated by UKBAE.
