Description
The purpose is to guide Institutions of Higher Education (IHE) Faculty from multiple IHEs
through the mechanics and the conceptional content for proposing a new certificate (and then a
Master’s degree program) in Early Childhood Policy by 1) providing direction and guidance in
the development of GP IDEA Business Plan for the Early Childhood Policy Certificate Program;
and 2) holding monthly meetings with EC Policy faculty and post minutes on GPIDEA EC
Policy Member Portal.
