EPA MS4 Communities Survey Specifications--Kentucky Highway Investigative Task No. 63

This round of surveys is to establish baseline data for the 44 communities to be surveyed. The survey will measure respondents knowledge, attitudes and behavior regarding water quality, storm water, sources of runoff pollution, actions to protect water quality, and awareness of storm water pollution prevention education efforts. After programs are implemented to raise awareness in some of these communities, additional surveys will implemented 2-3 and 5 years out to assess the effectiveness of the programs.
