Equipment Funds-County Sprayer

Producers in Western Kentucky need the high clearance sprayer to assist them with research on corn, soybeans and wheat. Currently, capabilities are limited to crops of small stature and the producers are not able to use them as demonstration plots for crops in an advanced stage of growth. The new greenhouse will provide the staff at the University of Kentucky Princeton Research Station with the opportunity to work in the areas of pathology, entomology, weed science and other fertility crops which cannot be conducted in the current facility;
