Evaluation of IMPACT Project at Gateway Community & Technical College

Quantitative evaluation will focus on five main outcomes established for the TAACCCT program. We will measure and evaluate the impact on program completion, credential attainment, placement into employment, employment retention, as well as average earnings for those who retain employment. The nature of this intervention precludes randomized trials since the program includes a delivery system of an existing training program1. For that reason, we propose an evaluation based upon comparisons to important groups.
