Evaluation of the Center for Culturally Responsive Pedagogy This project represents the final yearfs evaluation of a professional development model funded through a U.S. Department of Education, Office of English Language Acquisition grant. The project provides professional development and coaching for 25 teachers per year in implementing the Culturally Responsive Instruction Observation Protocol (CRIOP). The evaluation examines the impact of the professional development on teachersf self]efficacy for culturally responsive instruction, teachersf implementation of culturally responsive instruction in classrooms, and student achievement in reading and mathematics. The no]cost extension period focuses on the final year of data analysis and completion of all project activities.
