University of Kentucky Scope of Work The University of Kentucky and the Markey Cancer Center will be led by Drs. Jennifer Knight and Timothy Mullett, serving as a Multiple Principal Investigators. They will work with colleagues at the University of Colorado Denver and the University of Colorado Cancer Center and the QUILS™ Group to support the work of the aims within the project. Dr. Knight will serve as the Community Engagement PI for the project, Dr. Knight will be primarily responsible for engaging national and regional partners as part of leading the Lung Cancer Screening Program Liaison Champion Committee (LCSP-LCC) to engage, accrue, and support efforts with the 70 lung cancer screening programs in the UG3 Phase. In the UH3 Phase, Dr. Knight will continue to coordinate the LCSP-LCC but also be heavily involved in the implementation of the components of the QUILS™ System. Dr. Knight will also oversee the work of the Project Manager, Ms. Yates. Dr. Mullett will lead collaborative efforts with the American College of Radiology Lung Screening Registry that feeds the QUILS™ Index and oversee the work of the expert lung cancer screening Consultants and Advisory Board Members during the UG3 Phase. In addition to continue to engage the Consultants and Advisory Board Members throughout the UH3 Phase, Dr. Mullett will be primarily responsible for implementing the variations on the QUILS™ System with lung cancer screening programs in the UH3 Phase. Dr. Mullett will also supervise the work of the Data Manager, Mr. Alexander and Dr. Shelton. During the UG3 Phase, Dr. Shelton will oversee refinement of the data management procedures, calculation of the QUILS™ Index Scores, and revise the data elements within the QUILS™ reports that are fed by the ACR- LCSR site reports. During the UH3 Phase, Dr. Shelton will be responsible for overseeing integrating ACR- LCSR site report data into the QUILS™ Index, including calculating QUILS™ scoring elements and populating data into the QUILS™ Site Reports.
