Description
The University of Kentucky will conduct research regarding the economic impact of utilizing Debit and EBT cards as well as the impact of sampling at farmers markets. The University will collaborate with KFMA personnel that have major responsibilites with each objective to collect data and analyze the impact. KFMA personnel will lead on implementation of the programs at the respoective markets, while UK will lead on gathering and analyzing the data, as well as preparing a final report on the results.
