Gateway Fatherhood FIRE Program Evaluation
Abstract
The evaluation team at the University of Kentucky (UK) College of Medicine, Department of
Behavioral Science, will work closely with GCSO program administrators and staff to ensure the
identified key short and long-term project outcomes are met for this Fatherhood Program through
collaboration on performance measures and the local impact evaluation with a plan that will be
refined, improved, pilot tested (as needed), with changes to the design and methods as proposed
through consultation with ACF. A final plan will be submitted during the planning period. The
evaluation will incorporate standardized outcome measures as part of the Performance
Evaluation Plan to understand changes in these key short-term and long-term outcomes.
