DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES 2.1 The University will design and conduct training programs in a variety of agricultural areas for foreign participants under the programs sponsored by FAS/ICD (Foreign Agricultural Service/International Cooperation and Development). These programs will be designed to meet the unique needs of each group (or individual) who will attend. This basic Agreement establishes an outline of services to be provided. Individual programs to be conducted will be added by amendment to the Agreement. 2.2 Upon notification by the Agency Representative, or a member of her staff, the University will design a program for the group (individual) which will be trained. The program design will include an estimated budget which lists the services to be provided. This is stated from the agreement with U.S. Dept of Agriculture. There is no other scope of work available.
