Description
Aim 1: To identify uniquelyl differentially expressed cell surface proteins in prostate
epithelial cells, to investigate their role in cell adhesion/detachment and resistance to
the detachment-induced apoptosis (anoikis).
Aim 2: To identify novel targets ofthe TGF-B signal mechanism in human prostate
cancer cells by either initiating or silencing the TGF-B signaling.
