FHWA/LTAP Technology Transfer to Local Agencies

The mission of the Technology Transfer Program (T2) of the Kentucky Transportation Center is to promote efficiency by presenting state-of-the-art technology for application by governmental agencies and the private sectors that assist in the design and construction of our transportation system. The Technology Transfer Program conducts training sessions, maintains a lending library (including audio-visual, electronic and print materials), and offers technical assistance on site through the Safety Circuit Rider Program and through its toll-free telephone service. A quarterly newsletter keeps agencies and others informed of Technology Transfer activities.
