Grants and Contracts Details
Description
This project is a follow-on to a collaboration between the Northern Research Station (esp. Matthew Dickinson) and University ofKentucky (esp. Michael Lacki) funded by the Joint Fire Sciences Program in 2005. That project (completed) was focused on the direct effects of fires on bat behavior and risk during prescribed fires. The focus ofthe current project moves beyond direct ecological effects to fire effects on bat foraging habitat.
