FOBOS is the next generation multi-object spectrograph designed for the 10-m Keck-II Telescope on top of Mauna Kea in Hawaii. The project is to develop the conceptual design for the calibration system for the FOBOS instrument. We are responsible for delivering the requirements and baseline performance of the calibration system as well as the conceptual design of the dome and on-board calibration system.
