Fostering Success Employment Training

The UK College of Social Work will partner with DCBS to implement a hybrid-based training supplement to the core Fostering Success program. Participants taking part in the Fostering Success Program in Jefferson, Fayette and Hardin Counties will simultaneously take part in the Emerging Workforce Training Supplemental (EWT). Participants will receive seven weeks of blended, hybrid, co-occurring employment training, which can include but not be limited to, online and face-to-face trainings. Throughout these activities, participants will build an employment portfolio comprised of examples and resources to assist in assuaging challenges associated with obtaining and maintaining stable employment.
