Description

These funds are to be used to conduct an evaluation of the Foundation for a Healthy Kentucky's Coordinated School Health grants. The designated Center for Prevention Research staff will be responsible for overall administration of standardized testing, collecting test results and proving summary reports of the results for all 17 grantees and selected control group schools. The tests that will be administered, scored and analyzed and will include: Youth Behavioral Risk Survey, Healthy Kids Survey and School Health Education Survey. Score sheets and results will additionally be collected, analyzed and reported for the FitnessGram and School Health Index. The timeline for each testing component is listed in "A Timeline for Your Coordinated School Health Grant 2004-2005" , copy attached. Analysis and summary reports are to be completed during the month following the submission of each testing component.
