FRT 220, Dowel and Tie Bar Inspection for Pennyrile Parkway Concrete Pavement MP 16.566-29.9

KTC will mobilize as quickly as possible to scan new areas of completed concrete paving based on KYTC and/or contractors request. KTC requests notification of at least 5 days prior to mobilizing for each newly released section. KTC will mark deficiencies in the field per the special note using marking paint. As a follow up to the field work, KTC will provide a spreadsheet of the station numbers of the deficient areas approximately two days after scanning. Traffic control to be provided by others, and KTC requests that all areas to be scanned to be broom swept prior to KTC scanning. Project schedule and phase 2a results are contained in Appendix A and B respectfully.
