Grants and Contracts Details

Description

Catalogue and analyze the benefits and disadvantages — including financial impacts — of forging a partnership between LCLT and LFUCG’s that would cover all affordable homeownership units developed in Fayette County with public fund investment. Develop a report for KYTC, FHWA, LFUCG, and LCLT stakeholders which summarizes the viability, benefits, and challenges of such a partnership. If research findings indicate both parties will benefit from a partnership once all concerns are adequately addressed, a plan will be proposed for establishing such an arrangement. Draft a proposed deed encompassing property within the mitigation area that has not been transferred at this time to facilitate a timely transfer when title issues are resolved.
