"Genetic Services" means Genetic evaluation which is the process of determining the presence, absence or future likelihood of a genetic condition through a medical, family health and social history, construction of a pedigree including at least three generations, and the following as needed: medical record review, physical examination including growth parameters, laboratory testing, diagnostic studies and other specialty consultations. The clinical evaluation is performed by a clinical geneticist or advanced practice provider and involves detailed physical examination with documentation of unusual physical features, developmental delays and neurologic deficits.
