Description
The service that is being provided for the Early Childhood Mental Health Program to increase the capacity of mental health professionals and early care and education professionals who work with young children.
The social and emotional growth of Kentucky's children birth to five shall be supported and promoted by emphasizing the importance of nurturing relationships in multiple settings. The capacity of mental health professionals will increase as a result of a "capacity building" training/consultation component.
