FY 25 Administration on Community Living CL 2 (Food for Thought)

Grants and Contracts Details

Description

Abstract The "Food for Thought" project, funded by the Administration for Community Living (ACL), is a multi-state initiative aimed at supporting senior citizen facilities in ensuring that older adults have access to nutritious meals and necessary dietary support. As the project enters its final year, the focus shifts toward completing the capstone project, a key deliverable that synthesizes the learnings, outcomes, and best practices from the grant’s implementation. This evaluation will support the backend processes necessary for the successful completion of the capstone project, ensuring that the final outcomes reflect the full scope of the project''s impact and provide a robust foundation for future initiatives. Our role is to assist in the organization, analysis, and presentation of data and findings, thereby enabling the capstone project to effectively encapsulate the achievements and lessons learned throughout the grant''s lifecycle.
