FY12 CHFS/DPH UK KY Public Health

The Cabinet for Health and Family Services, Department for Public Health is contracting with The University of Kentucky (UK), for a strategic planner/facilitator to assure the development of a Coordinated Chronic Disease Prevention and Health Promotion Plan (CCDPHP) for the state. This contracted position with the University of Kentucky will provide strategic planning and facilitation of informal and formal meetings, surveys and feedback of stakeholders related to the development of the CCDPHP state plan. This position calls for expertise in the development of state plans and strategic planning with an advanced degree in public health.
