The University of Kentucky, College of Nursing shall provide training and technical assistance to Giving
Infants and Families Tobacco Free Starts (GIFTS) programs in Jefferson, Adair, Russell, and Whitley
Counties. Pl'Ovide oversight of implementation and process evaluation of the GIFTS program including
the initi~l 9 pilot counties in Southeastern Kentucky,
