Description
The University of Kentucky (UK) Research Foundation shall provide personnel to carry out the function
of a Senior EpidemiologistlEvaluator for the Heart Disease and Stroke Prevention (HDSP) Program. A
cooperative agreement with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention provides federal funding for
staffing for the HDSP Program EpidemiologistlEvaluator. This is a required position for the Center for
Disease Control cooperative agreement.
