The University of Kentucky (UK) shall provide personnel to perform the functions of a full time qualified nurse to assist the
Department for Public Health (DPH) Healthcare Associated Infection (HAl) Program in coordinating collaborative activities
with healthcare facilities across the state in order to improve the quality of healthcare by implementing evidence-based
interventions which have been shown to decrease HAL
