Description
This grant is to provide professional development for improved literacy instruction
to one teacher from each of the 300 Read To Achieve (RTA) Schools winning KDE
grants. RTA grants are to help schools underwrite the cost of a reading specialist for
grades K]3, and related costs. This grant to CCLD is to add support for regular
classroom instruction in those grades.
