FY19 Training Resource Center - Statewide Foster Parent Association Services

Historically, coalitions have formed in a variety of settings. Increasingly, organizations at federal, state, and local levels are creating or participating in coalitions to strengthen their work on child welfare issues, specifically in the area of foster care. This project seeks to provide partnership opportunities with the association representing Kentucky’s foster and adoptive parents, Kentucky Foster & Adoptive Care Association (KFACA) in recruiting, supporting, and retaining quality foster families.
