FY19 UKRF Spanish Speaking Support Groups

Commission for Children with Special Health Care Needs in collaboration with the University of Kentucky General Pediatrics will develop a support group for Spanish]speaking families of Children and Youth with Special Health Care Needs (CYSHCN). The Spanish]speaking support group will help Hispanic/Latina families facing language and cultural barriers increase their knowledge and access to services that will greatly enhance children's health and well]being, and reduce caregiver stress that can negatively affect children with special health care needs.
