Description
Kentucky’s CHRP program goal is to reduce the duration of untreated psychosis in youth and
young adults between 12 – 25 years old who are at clinical high risk for psychosis and prevent
the secondary disability that usually follows psychosis. Kentucky will increase the ability for the
iHOPE Program at LifeSkills to provide evidence based treatment services quickly and
effectively by providing additional training and technical assistance to the iHOPE Team and
additional staff at LifeSkills as well as expand the outreach and engagement capacity of this
program to reach additional referral sources such as schools and primary care physicians within
the catchment area. The purpose of the evaluation is to measure the progress of the program and
impact on youth outcomes. As such, the evaluation will be both formative and summative in
nature.
