Description
University of Kentucky, Young Parents Program (YPP) shall provide services for first time parents
to include: prenatal, postpartum, and child development assessments and pediatric services to their
infants and report the outcomes of their patients to the Department for Public Health (DPH), Division of
Maternal and Child Health. The Adolescent Risk Reduction Program shall provide a program of early
intervention through comprehensive risk assessment, education, and management. YPP shall provide
family planning services to teens for pregnancy and STD prevention, along with other preventive
services, and report the outcomes to the DPH Division of Women’s Health.
