Description
Kentucky Regional Extension Center (KY REC), Kentucky Department for Public Health (KDPH), and
Kentucky Asthma Management Program (KAMP) for the CDC Asthma Grant. Together, they aim to
develop the Asthma Quality Improvement Project (AQIP) to enhance healthcare provider monitoring of
asthma care quality, improve evidence-based asthma management practices, and foster effective
communication among stakeholders. Specific activities include participating in leadership meetings,
implementing AQIP initiatives, and supporting the EXHALE strategies within health systems.
