Description
Provide support and subject matter experts to assist the DPH staff in developing
and implementing an evaluation plan for the CDC DP20-2002 grant. As part of this
evaluation work, KCC staff will serve on KCCSP Grant Leadership Team, attend
monthly team meetings, and participate in evaluating implementation plans for
increased colon cancer screening with participating primary care systems.
