Grants and Contracts Details
Description
Abstract
KEIS services are provided statewide and are coordinated by the Cabinet for Health and Family
Services (CHFS). Kentucky has provided early intervention services for over 20 years. The US
Department of Education, the authorizing agency, requires public display of data. Information
based on program data is frequently gathered as part of the operations of the early
intervention system. Over time, it became apparent that stakeholders want easy-to understand
data reports. The dissemination of current data in ways that the general public can understand
is a need that this contract will ful?ll. A dashboard was created in a previous contract. This
contract will train the CHFS sta? how to update the dashboard with current data, thus resulting
in an accurate dashboard for public viewing and the capacity of the sta? to manage this task in
the future.
