Description
The University of Kentucky Research Foundation, Center for Applied Energy Research (CAER) shall provide support services over a broad range of technical issues to the Cabinet for Health and Family Services (CHFS) for oversight activities at the Paducah Gaseous Diffusion Plant (PGDP). This work shall be provided by CAER through the utilization of professional staff, faculty, research staff, and students.
