Description

The Site PI¡¦s responsibilities are detailed below: 1. While infants born after May 31, 2012 will not be eligible for enrollment in the study, the Site PI will oversee and ensure that infants born between June 1, 2007 and May 31, 2012 continue to be monitored for study eligibility and that families of eligible cases and controls are approached regarding enrollment in the study through May 31, 2013, providing that capitation funds remain available. In addition, the Site PI will oversee and assist with the collection of DNA specimens, study data and required ultrasound images according to the study¡¦s protocol. 2. The final screening log shall include screening data for infants born between March 1, 2012 and May 31, 2012. The Site PI will ensure that these data are submitted to the Core by July 6, 2012. 3. The Site PI will oversee and ensure that required study data are collected, submitted, updated and corrected in a timely manner. Expectations for timely data submission are listed in the study¡¦s Manual of Operations and below: „X Maternal Data Form ¡V Within 1 month of subject enrollment „X Neonatal Data Forms (A & B) ¡V Within 2 months of subject enrollment „X Last Follow-Up Data Form ¡V Within 6 months of subject enrollment 4. The Site PI will participate in study meetings and telephone conferences, data analysis and research publication, and preparation of a competitive renewal and progress report.
