The Global Health Equity Scholars Program (GHES) is a postdoctoral fellowship program that provides research and training support to new and upcoming professionals in the field of global health.
Dr. James Zachary Porterfield is a junior faculty fellow of the GHES who will be carrying out research on HIV and impairment of oral mucosal immunity in South Africa.
