Governors Minority Student College Preparation Program

After school college readiness program and services such as mentoring, professional development, college and career readiness that prepare youth to be prepared to attend college and be ready for the workforce. Additional opportunities to explore agriculture, food and the environment by specific participation in animal sciences, food science, agriculture economics, community and leadership development. Also students attend conferences such as the National Minorities in Agriculture, Natural Resources and Related Sciences Conferences, participate in opportunity fairs, and attend events sponsored by 4H and youth development and additional opportunities deemed appropriate.
