Greenup County: KY 244 Phase I Archaeological Survey (KY244 Bridge Replacement)

This proposal has been prepared in response to a request from staff of the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) for a proposal and cost estimate for conducting a Phase I archaeological survey of a proposed bridge replacement and associated approaches along KY 244 in Greenup County, Kentucky. The work that will be conducted is intended to provide an inventory of all cultural resources within the project area and to provide an evaluation each resource’s potential eligibility for listing on the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP). The work will also include evaluation of the documentary and cartographic sources pertaining to the project area and its vicinity.
